Base dough:
First grind the granola.
In a bowl, mix the date mass with a little water to get a thinner form.
Then add the ground granola and orange juice as needed to the mass.
Blend it all together with a stick blender. Blend until you get a moldable mass.
Spread the mass obtained in this way into the cake mold.
If you put baking paper in the bottom of the mold beforehand, it will be easier to remove the slices when cutting.
Cream:
Add the date mass and rice to plant-based milk and cook until soft.
After cooking, blend a little with a stick blender.
Taste it, if necessary, sweeten it with a little more date mass.
Then put this in the cake pan, on the cake plate.
After that, put it in the fridge while you prepare the gelatin.
Garnish:
I personally just put a bunch of mint leaves on it.
The orange jelly and the little green mint on top give it such a fresh look that I felt this amount of decoration was just enough.
