Raspberry jam

Equipment

  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Date mass
  • 1 tsp Vegetable gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Start cooking the raspberries in a pot while stirring frequently.
  • When it releases juice, add the date mass.
  • After the raspberries have completely melted, blend them a little with a hand blender.
  • After boiling, cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes, then add the vegetable gelatin.
  • Mix, switch to a higher temperature and cook until it boils again.
  • Once boiling, set aside and let cool.
