Put the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix.
Cut the dried orange peel into rough pieces with a knife and add it to the previously mixed ingredients together with the raisins.
Mix well again.
Then add the oil, oat milk and date mass.
Work this together thoroughly.
Don't be surprised, it won't be as runny as the usual mixed doughs.
Butter and flour the baking sheet.
Add the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 1 hour.
When it's baked, put it on a wire rack to cool.
After it has cooled, prepare the glaze.
Put water, date mass and orange peel powder in a small pot and cook for about 10 minutes.
Put this on and spread it thinly on the cooled fruit bread.
