Peel and grate the apple. Add the date mass.
Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Put the flour in the bowl, sprinkle the salt on it and mix.
Add the butter to the flour and crumble.
Add the date mass and work it together thoroughly.
Add the milk and mix it into a dough.
Set aside while you squeeze the apples.
Now we will return to the grated apple a little.
Squeeze the juice out of the grated apple by hand, put it in another bowl.
Add the cinnamon and mix.
Take out the dough and cut it almost in half.
One dough should be slightly larger than the other.
Roll out the larger dough and place it in the pie form.
If the dough is bigger than the mold, cut off the rest.
Sprinkle half of the semolina over the dough.
Put the apple on it.
Roll out the other half of the dough.
Sprinkle the other half of the semolina on top of the apple, then place the rolled out dough on top.
Poke it with a fork.
This is necessary so that the steam generated during baking can escape.
Bake in a convection oven for approx. 20 minutes.
